Maxim Von Maxdorf is a beautiful 12-month old German Shepherd. Not only is he known for his good looks but he is also a super warm-hearted love bug. Maxim can be a timid pup but is quick to warm up to other dogs and, once he’s out of his shell, he will be one sweet and curious boy! He loves to be around other dogs during playgroups, he's patient with dogs who have more energy. With a bit of encouragement, he walks great on a leash and alongside other dogs as well. He has a medium energy level and is slowly gaining more confidence as he interacts with  people and other dogs at the rescue (he is sharing a run).  Maxim wants a loving owner to whom he can give all his love. Even if you live outside of California, Maxim will not be discouraged by that and will travel all the way to you!
